Breadpig Photographed Rocking Out
Posted by admin on
Mike will have a big upload to his Flickr account when he gets back from some well-earned R&R in Egypt, but for now, you'll have to settle for this single still -- perhaps the best group live shot of the band yet. Adam did a really great (albeit thankless) job as security for this tour. We know New York can get out of control. (click on image for tasty hi-res goodness) N'Gai Croal, proud ally of breadpig, snapped some pictures of us at SpikeTV. We spent almost as much time tuning and setting up as we did rocking out. But...
The Yet Unreleased Breadpig Live in NY Footage

Not only did the breadpig band do that SpikeTV television special, we also had some live gigs throughout New York City. You may not be able to rock inside the New York Central Library, but we certainly did so right in front. Between those iconic lions, breadpig put on a show the city of New York isn't soon to forget. Here's a still from the soon to be released video from Nikki the Knife over at GameplayHD You'll notice we've got a new bassist. Behold the awesome allure of the breadpig. After a set, this newcomer walked up and asked...
In Case You Missed It On SpikeTV - Here's breadpig's National Television Debut

The breadpig band doesn't take the stage until the very end, so you may want to just let it cache and then skip to the final 30 seconds or so. I'd say this appearance - albeit brief - is on par with the Beatles' first appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show. The comments on GameTrailers.com were pretty grand, here's a sample: jonesy852: Wtf, Breadpig? iLLViLLAiN: Breadpig FTMFW!!
It Was Breadpig's Best Week Ever

Oh yes, it was indeed a great week for breadpig. After the big launch of LOLmagnetz.com and their debut on ThinkGeek, the band went up to New York for some weekend shenanigans. I'll have some more details in the coming week, but you'll want to turn on your television-boxes to catch our upcoming reunion show. Yes, television-boxes. And to top it all off, along with all the positive press LOLmagnetz have gotten, there was more love to be shared from GeekSugar and a certain Short, Sweet, and Sassy blog
Breadpig's Debut Album Now Available On iTunes! (And PopCuts!)
Posted by admin on
Our friends at UFO Music used their music industry savviness to push our album When Will Then Be Now? onto iTunes. Don't believe me? See it for yourself. It will be spreading to the other digital music services in the coming months like butter on toast, but one other service believed that our unique sound be available for download before Apple. They're called PopCuts, and the best part is that by buying a song early, you stand to profit from its future sales. Breadpig is available for download there and we've maxed out the amount you as an early adopter...
