Breadpig Band Takes New York, The Photo Collection

Posted by admin on

The band went through a tumultuous year of ups and downs. Critics will debate this for years to come, but we believe our zenith was somewhere around our appearance on SpikeTV. We followed that studio performance with some shows in the city -- back with the people, our fans. Just a month earlier, the band had broken up. But there we were, back in top form, rocking out. And here are the pictures to prove it, taken by our band manager/PR guru and photographer, Mike Scrivener. View the entire collection. Video to come.

Breadpig Photographed Rocking Out

Mike will have a big upload to his Flickr account when he gets back from some well-earned R&R in Egypt, but for now, you'll have to settle for this single still -- perhaps the best group live shot of the band yet. Adam did a really great (albeit thankless) job as security for this tour. We know New York can get out of control. Our friends at UFO Music used their music industry savviness to push our album When Will Then Be Now? onto iTunes. Don't believe me? See it for yourself. It will be spreading to the other digital music services in the coming months like butter on toast, but one other service believed that our unique sound be available for download before Apple. They're called PopCuts, and the best part is that by buying a song early, you stand to profit from its future sales. Breadpig is available for download there and we've maxed out the amount you as an early adopter...

Bonus Footage From D.C. - Our Front Man’s American Idol Audition Tape

Posted by admin on

Our surprise front man got more feedback and fanmail than any of us. But that's cool. We're not jealous. In fact, I've compiled the highlights of his performance that didn't make beadpig's first live video. I think you'll find them both compelling and inspiring, with a touch of endearing. I'm not sure how we'll be able to inform him once he gets accepted for the next season of Idol, but he'll probably already know from all the press attention. This is most certainly not an April Fool's joke. Paula is going to love him! Stay tuned for more updates when...
